We started Aura Fashion with a single belief — that what you wear every day should feel as considered as the life you are building. Not loud. Not fast. Just beautifully made, and built to last.
The Fabrics & Craftsmanship
Every piece in our collection begins not with a sketch, but with a textile. We source only natural fabrics — chosen for how they feel against the skin, how they move through the day, and how they age with grace.
Our three core textiles each carry a story of their own:
- Mulmul Cotton — One of India’s oldest weaving traditions. Feather-light and breathable, Mulmul has clothed generations through warm climates and unhurried mornings. We work with weavers who have carried this craft across decades, ensuring every thread is handled with the attention it deserves.
- Khadi — Hand-spun. Hand-woven. Inherently imperfect, and all the more beautiful for it. Khadi is not just a fabric — it is a philosophy. Each length of Khadi we use is sourced directly from certified artisan cooperatives, supporting livelihoods and preserving a craft that is irreplaceable.
- Linen — Clean, structured, and effortlessly refined. Our linen is selected for its natural texture and its ability to soften beautifully over time. It is the fabric of quiet confidence — equally at home in a boardroom or on a balcony at dusk.
Beyond fabric, we are committed to minimal intervention. Natural dyes where possible. Small-batch production always. Every garment is finished by hand by skilled artisans across India — craftspeople whose work deserves to be seen, worn, and valued.
