Shipping & Returns

At Aura Fashion, we want every order to reach you beautifully and on time — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. Aura Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery — 4–7 business days — ₹99
  • Express Delivery — 1–3 business days — ₹199
  • Free Standard Shipping — on all orders above ₹1,499

We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly after your order is placed.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.

  • Estimated delivery — 10–18 business days depending on location
  • Shipping rates — calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Aura Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@aurafashion.in.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging wherever possible
  • Sale items, accessories, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@aurafashion.in with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions
  4. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated courier point

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping is fully covered by Aura Fashion
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • If you paid via UPI or net banking, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account
  • If you paid via credit or debit card, processing time may vary depending on your bank
  • Store credit refunds (if preferred) will be issued within 1–2 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


7. Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred size or colour in your email. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurafashion.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the item and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
