Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Please email us at support@aurafashion.in as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all domestic orders above ₹1,499.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Sale items, accessories, and innerwear are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at returns@aurafashion.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Store credit refunds are issued within 1–2 business days.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise for this. Please contact us at support@aurafashion.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes or need help choosing, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise based on the specific garment.

Are your fabrics pre-washed or pre-shrunk?
Most of our natural textiles — including Mulmul cotton, Khadi, and Linen — have a natural softness that evolves with wear and washing. Care instructions are included on each product label and on the product page. We recommend a gentle cold wash for all natural fabrics.

Do you restock sold-out items?
We work in small, intentional batches — so not all styles are restocked. You can use the “Notify Me” option on any sold-out product page to be alerted if it becomes available again.


Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your preferences, and speed up future checkouts.

How is my personal data used?
We take your privacy seriously. Your data is used only to process orders and improve your experience with us. We never sell your information to third parties. Please read our full Privacy Policy for details.
